The State of Staffing

America's workforce is changing as more and more people are looking for flexibility that part-time work provides. In 2006, the staffing industry generated approximately $87 billion in sales; 2.9 million people per day are employed by staffing companies. Over the next decade, the U.S. staffing industry will be one of the nation's fastest growing industries. The staffing industry offers flexibility to both employees and businesses; people can chose when, where and how they want to work. Companies whose workforces are comprised of 10% or more flexible workers realize better financial growth.

  • 66% of staffing employees say flexible work time is important to them.
  • 90% of client businesses say staffing firms provide the flexibility to stay fully staffed during busy times.
  • 75% of business customers say the quality of employees recruited from staffing firms is the same as or better than the quality of their regular employees.
And Nobody Else is Doing it like

Staffing is Still Hot!

Staffing has been named to Entrepreneur Magazine's "Hot List" -again. This marks the 16th time in the past 20 years that staffing has been featured on the magazine's annual list of "most popular business trends."

"As a college-educated, stay-at-home mother of 2 children, I was drawn to the 10 til 2 business model the moment I read about it. I knew immediately that businesses and professionals in the Phoenix metro area could greatly benefit from the services 10 til 2 provides. I needed to be part of that cutting-edge organization. I knew some way, somehow, I was going to jump in with both feet and start my own 10 til 2 franchise! I’ve never looked back and opened my 10 til 2 franchise as soon as I returned home from training. I was fortunate to get my first client and placement within a couple of months of opening and my business is growing bigger every day!"
